I will get right to work on your mug design, and I'll send you a digital proof for your approval within 2 days. I WILL NOT GO AHEAD WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL, SO DON'T DELAY IN RESPONDING.

DIGITAL PHOTO QUALITY: The better the quality of the photo, the better the result will be. (The optimum size for a one sided design repeated on the other side is 1125  x 1125 pixels.  For a wrap-around design, the best size is 2550 x 1125 pixels.)  Most digital camera photos will be fine but downloaded pics from Facebook or Instagram may be too small. If taking a photograph with your phone camera, set it to the highest file size and get in close to your subject. I will do my best to provide a great result with whatever file you can provide.

Mug orders are produced within Canada or the USA according to their destination. Current production estimates are 3 - 5 days after your design approval plus shipping time (about a week), but I will keep you updated and get your beautiful personalized mug to you asap.
