Refund policy
Please contact me immediately if you wish to return your purchase. There is a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, Contact Me or email me at huttonhilldesigns@gmail.com If your return is accepted, you must ship it back to me within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or was damaged during transit. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so the issue can be assessed and I can make it right. In the case of damages that occurred during shipping, please retain the packaging as well as the item. We may need photos to file for a shipping claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Orders and Personalized Items are not returnable unless defective and/or damaged during shipping. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital items that you have downloaded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, but please contact me. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original purchase will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
