FLAT RATE SHIPPING - All my products enjoy Flat Rate Shipping.  Rates are noted in each Product Description will be added to your Cart at Check Out.  Shipping costs to the U.S.A. and International Destinations may fluctuate slightly due to changes in the exchange rate.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to Covid-19 protocols, and other uncertain situations, shipments may occasionally be delayed without warning.  Although this is out of my control, I will do my best to keep you updated on your shipments.

 

PILLOW COVERS & INSERTS:

All my Pillow Covers and Inserts are shipped by me from my studio here on Hutton Hill in Ontario, Canada.  I will contact you with the tracking info when your order is shipped (usually 1 - 3 days for all in-stock designs, 3 - 4 weeks for custom and personalized designs).

Canada & USA: $20 for one pillow, $25 for two or more pillows (includes tracking, shipped via Canada Post 'Expedited Parcel' usually 5 - 7 business days; or USPS 'Tracked Packet' usually 5 - 10 business days)

International Destinations: $28 for one pillow, $35 for two or more pillows (shipped via 'International Small Packet', delivery time varies, no tracking included)

Note:  If your orders includes pillow inserts, your pillows will be compressed to remove excess air, and save you money on shipping.  Here's how we do it... THE SQUISHER

 

FINE ART PRINTS:

All my Fine Art Prints are shipped directly from my fabulous printer in Montreal.  I will contact you with the tracking info when your order is shipped (usually 2 - 3 weeks).

Canada & USA: (includes tracking, shipped via Canada Post 'Expedited Parcel' usually 5 - 7 business days or USPS 'Tracked Packet' usually 5 - 10 business days)

• $12 for prints sized 6" - 12" (shipped in stayflat envelope)
• $17.50 for prints sized 14" - 16" (shipped in tube)

International Destinations: (includes tracking, shipped via International Tracked Packet, delivery time varies)

• $17.50 for prints sized 6" - 12" (shipped in stayflat envelope)
• $25 for prints sized 14" - 16" (shipped in tube)

 

CANVAS PRINTS:

All my Canvas Prints are shipped directly from my fabulous supplier from their location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  I will contact you with tracking info when your order is ready to ship (usually 1 - 2 weeks).

• $15 to Canada & USA – includes tracking, shipped via Canada Post ‘Expedited Parcel’ (usually 5 - 7 business days, includes tracking) or USPS 'Tracked Packet' (usually 5 - 10 business days)
• $20 to International Destinations – includes tracking, shipped via 'International Tracked Packet' (delivery time varies)

 

GREETING CARDS:

• $4.50 to USA - USPS 'Letter-post' (usually 5 - 10 business days, no tracking included)
• $8.50 to International Destinations - 'International Letter-post' (delivery times varies, no tracking included)

Sets of 6 Cards:

• $3.75 to Canada - Canada Post 'Lettermail' (usually 4 - 7 business days, no tracking included)
• $4.50 to USA - USPS 'Letter-post' (usually 5 - 10 business days, no tracking included)
• $9.00 to International Destinations - 'International Letter-post' (delivery times varies, no tracking included)

PERSONALIZE IT FOR ME - I'm also happy to add your personal message to your greeting cards and send them directly to your friends and family for you.  After adding your choice to Your Cart, you'll find the link 'Add a Message to Your Order'.  Just let me know what you want to say, and make sure to use their address in the Shipping Address section at Check Out.  I will handwrite your message inside the card and on the envelope and send it for you.

MORE ABOUT SHIPPING - Use the CONTACT ME link at the bottom of the page if you have any questions about delivery of your order.  All customers outside Canada are responsible for any import taxes or duties that may apply, and I am not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues but I will always help when I can.  Shipping costs to U.S. destinations may fluctuate slightly due to changes in the exchange rate.

LARGER ORDERS, MULTIPLE ITEMS - For larger orders, or orders that include several products, I will refund any savings I can obtain for you.  I do not make a profit on shipping, and will always try to save you money whenever possible.

UPGRADED SHIPPING - I'm happy to look into quicker shipping options, or to add tracking and insurance to Greeting Card orders or any order to an International Destination.  Just use the CONTACT ME link at the bottom of the page and let me know what you'd like.
